iPad Development May 28th, 2012 Square Compass has been fully engaged with a host of development projects including new development on iPad apps for two clients. We recently completed an internal project for NAPA Auto Parts, creating their Service Assistant for the iPad. NAPA SA is an iPad app that allows NAPA auto parts stores to share videos and animations of auto parts and maintenance tips with their customers from the convenience of an iPad. We are teamed up with AutoNetTV for this project. AutoNetTV is the leading provider of video and web content for automotive shops, helping parts stores and service centers inform their customers about the importance and necessity of maintaining their vehicles with the correct parts, service and maintenance. FAQ Builder for WordPress is an advanced plugin for WordPress blogs that allows administrators to receive and manage questions from their readers in a nicely formatted FAQ Page. The plugin features an ability to categorize questions, to add, edit and approve questions, and to post answers from an administrative control panel. Administrators can also define which questions will appear on the FAQ page of their blog, and which additional questions should not appear but will be available in an FAQ search. The new versions add additional functions and fix several issues related to security and AJAX. Our Business Directory for WordPress plugin allows you to easily create a yellow-pages style directory on your WordPress site. Once installed, your community can submit their own listing, and you have the ability to edit, approve or decline a submission before they appear on your live directory. Linking Universe is a suite of business applets designed to help Facebook users bridge the gap between social networking and business opportunity management. In Linking Universe, Facebook users will be able to analyze the strength of their business network, set up drip campaigns, share referrals, and track business opportunities with other Facebook users. Square Compass has been working on this project for several months and has accumulated specific Facebook expertise. Our development strategy includes working with FBML (Facebook Markup Language) as well as incorporating iFrames to include components of Considered Sales, a full-featured online CRM application that is now part of the Linking Universe initiative.
